I think there's some confusion concerning the Nuremberg code Vs Federal regulations. Based on what I've read, Nuremberg remains unchanged, and the (Obama administration) changes to Federal regulations were meant to both expand on that, and simplify the language to be more understandable. It also was an attempt to be more protective of the individual subject, instead of being full of legal protections for the entities administering the experiment. That said, the problem lies in the fact that no one follows these laws, Codes, and rules anymore. And apparently, there isn't anyone willing to bring any of these offenders up on charges. And that, I think, directly stems from the fact that the United States has yet to formally join the International Criminal Court. The United States government has gotten too powerful, corrupt, & dangerous for anyone to try to prosecute. But then, I could be completely wrong about all this....
