Something funky happened at the Winnipeg (Canada - Level 4) lab in 2021. Chinese scientists were fired under suspicious circumstances and the federal govt refused to provide court-ordered information about it. Then, magically, an election was called and everyone (including the opposition) forgot about it.
People don't realize what a real burden and threat these labs are to their communities. If the labs experience some emergency like a spill or, heaven forbid, a fire -- the local emergency services are the response. Meaning, taxpayers have to pay for any laboratory mistakes and their responders have to run serious risks. If you are unlucky enough to live adjacent, all you can do is hope they will notify you of any accidents, or sickness or infection in workers who then move about the community, or leaks. These labs have ventilation systems, but the community is not involved in determining if they are safe enough or kept in peak performance, so there is no real guarantee that what is ventilated out of the labs has been scrubbed properly.
Recall that the Boston University biosafety level 3 lab that was conducting gain of function research on infectious pathogens was doing research more dangerous than permitted in a BSL3 lab. Not only had they decided to break the rules and do such dangerous work on campus, they decided to do it in a lab with inadequate containment for their weaponization experiments! In other words, even the listings of BSL3 labs indicated in today's article does not guarantee that the labs are conducting experiments under proper containment or following the few safety regulations that exist.
These labs are everywhere, with tasks jobbed out to subcontractors who open other labs. I worked in publishing office in a multibuilding "industrial park" complex. One day a number of lab animals (goats) escaped from a neighboring building and lab workers were scurrying about the park rounding them up. You really never know what is going on in this medical, biotech research sector -- or where it will turn up.

At the same time, why can't we get Congress or law/justice system to do their due diligence and force the creators of the death drugs to just tell us what their lab creations are doing. There should be no need for regular folks to try to reinvent the wheel here when the inventors are out there spinning it by force. There is enough evidence already to round up the mad scientists/Covid Murder Incorporated and to clamp down on lab safety for NATIONAL SECURITY and PUBLIC HEALTH reasons.
