Though the cut off sensitivity of the test means zero is not necessarily zero. They are likely much more dangerous over the first few months, best advice is to stay well away from them.
What will really help in all this is when the cheap prick blood test arrives for measuring spike. I'm pretty sure Dr. Cole stated about a year away - and that was more than a year ago.
