Now, that's an idea we can all get behind. Doctors too. Oaths must be made and kept. Civil society depends on them.

That's also why turdo and the godless commies got rid of them.

For an oath to the people of Canada, I suggest that every politician and government employees swear an oath to the STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES found at www.civis4reform.org. Please find the STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES on the home page and download the PDF.

Consider this STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES document to be “the citizens’ constitution” because it was written by Canadians for Canadians in 2024. It represents an update to the best ideas in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms that was passed in 1982 and reflects the times and politics of that era. The Charter is a government constitution written my government officials and politicians for government institutional powers.

If the STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES inspires you, consider becoming part of the growing community of Canadians who are involved in promoting it across Canada. Already, there are over 100 citizens who are planning to present the STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES in a deputation to their local municipal Councils. Efforts like these take courage and are a meaningful action to undertake to fight for liberty and a civil society in Canada.

The problem is in Canada the oath MP gives is to the Crown, not to the Canadian people. I remember one new MP was refusing to make his oath to the King! So maybe it needs to change.

Somebody needs to look into Trudeau's cabinet immediately! At the same time it wouldn't hurt to look into the NDP and Conservatives since they are all infiltrated by the WEF/China/NGOs, etc. This is HUGE!

yes, I wrote the POGG Primer to expose the oath switch at the local level. (www.shelaw.ca)

Mayors are only offered a municipal Declaration, inferior code is applied to convert status & "trust".

Which is trust indenture fraud.

EO#13818 nullified all Crown birth certificates & ends BAR human trafficking. ... Now people can FORM their governance, instead of it being FORCED on them.

God's back! Thank you for your article Lisa, it made me smile - many blessings, Shelagh

Lisa. Are you aware of www.civis4reform.org? Please find the STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES on the home page and download the PDF. I believe that “the citizens’ constitution’ document will meet with your approval. If you decide to join, you will be interviewed by one of the two founders, then invited to join the C4R community and the Wednesday evening Zoom meetings with 40 to 50 like-minded participants.

Hi Shelagh. Are you one of the 100+ people who has agreed to present this to Council? If yes, it is a perfect complement to your POGG primer.

Yes, I have read it Gene.

The municipal service corporations (eg. staff at CITY of KWL) could be put under a Statement of Principles (SOP), but we don't own the business or the staff, the province does.

They won't do ANYTHING you ask because they don't work for you, they work for the UN & the Agenda.

That's part of the fraud we are correcting - the local Office is an independent juristic unit, not a provincial entity.

A public trustee (elected Mayor & councillors) wouldn't be put under a SOP.

They are required to take a public oath, & act in accordance with trust (& common) law. But they were hijacked & "incorporated" into commerce, & granted legal immunity.

POGG restores law & balance, SOP would only keep your area running behind the Agenda & the CAO, in my humble opinion - much respect.

I’m sure they took no oaths on purpose so they cannot be held liable in court for all the evil unconstitutional acts they are doing to destroy our country for their NWO tyrants?!?

Honestly they can't even themselves like the end product. Therein lies the rub.

All they care about is their own wealth & power, many are so desperate for attention & narcissistic they’ll do anything to rub elbows with the tyrants & grab their 15 minutes of spotlight, even if that spotlight exposes them for the fools they are.

Truly sad how many degenerates are purposefully helping destroy our country for the evil NWO tyrants.

Selling their souls to satan for 15 minutes of infamous evil.

God will have the last word regardless of whatever they do.

How narcissistic do you really have to be to think you can win against God?

Whoever wrote this doesn't understand legalese (weasel words). Or they do & are trying to trap you into a "conversion of status/title".

1. "Citizens’ constitution" is an oxymoron.

(a) "Constituents" (wo/men) have a constitution (Rule of Law);

(b) "Citizens" (civil persons) have legislation/civil procedures (Rules of LEGAL).

2. Agreeing to be recognized as a "citizen" is agreeing to inferior, corporate (CROWN) status.

BAM! Yer done... you were "murdered in law".

So, in my humble opinion, while the premise behind the 'STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES' for local officials (& the public Office) is correct, the words are not.

Much respect for all your work Gene, & thank you. God bless.
