I wouldn't worry too much about carbon passports and digital passports. According to climate scientist, species adaptation capability specialist and grief counselor Professor Guy McPherson the IPCC, most climate scientists and governments are lying about anthropogenic carbon emissions warming the earth and the industrial activity that produces these emissions is now slowing rather than accelerating the rate of global warming. According to McPherson the tipping points have already been passed and a large scale release of arctic methane is already underway and the climate change that is coming will be abrupt rather than gradual and will produce unsurvivable wet bulb temperatures that will repeatedly kill many millions in a single day, initially in the Indian subcontinent and American midwest and then everywhere. According to McPherson climate change is unstoppable and will produce complete human extinction by no later than 2030 anyway.
