The WHO and BRICS

Yesterday something hit me like a brick. You could say several Brics. Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa and their coterie tossed about in my mind.

Here are the facts as we know them.

January 17 2022, Russian troops began arriving in Russia's ally Belarus, ostensibly "for military exercises".

January 18, 2022, the US Biden administration proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), amid a shroud of secrecy.

January 24, 2022 NATO put troops on standby.

January 25, 2022, Russian military exercises involving 6,000 troops and 60 jets take place in Russia near Ukraine and Crimea.

February of 2022 sanctions against Russia commenced.

They caused more economic harm to the West ultimately. They were intended to ‘prevent’ hostilities. They did not work except for in the proverbial sense of cutting one’s nose on face.

May 24, 2022, new amendments were submitted to the Working Group on Pandemic Response. These were submitted in violation of Article 55 of the IHR which requires all amendments to be submitted at least 4 months prior to the World Health Assembly.

May 27, 2022 the replacement amendments were revised and published by the World Health Organization, and then adopted by the World Health Assembly.

We are at the point of having to refuse by December 1, 2023 the IHR Amendments of the WHO.

What strikes you as improbable?

I’ll spell it out. The Amendments provide sovereignty, deference, control to the WHO and a whole host of mechanisms for a One World Government. The amendments originated with the Biden administration and thus THE WEST.

Yet the BRICS voted in favour of these amendments. During economic hostilities, and war.

And now.

It is November 29, 2023. No Brics countries have refused the amendments.

WHAT AN INTENSE AMOUNT OF COOPERATION, INDEED COLLUSION by the power that are allegedly at war.

All wars are bankers wars. Or as they say, War is a Racket. The splash of news cannot tell us two different stories.

That countries at war, or polarized thus over the last few years, are all lining up under the banner of the WHO, to give away national authority.

In a Brics or now Arab conflict or Chinese context these countries acting like sovereign nations at ‘war’ would have sent my screw you I’m not adopting your Biden amendments however massaged. If I was a Brics country I would not have voted for them, or by the time sides coalesced would have sent my screw you letter that is due by December 1, 2023 or the IHR amendments are deemed adopted. Why on earth during this conflict do these countries want the ‘Biden’s amendments’? Where they are acting like a countries under sanctions or fighting in this new apparently ‘multi-polar world’ they should act as so on the world stage where actual power is concerned. So they dance the multi-polar world and sit down and provide authority to the WHO over their affairs and their people. Logical?

We are supposed to accept those premises as coherently existing.

Likewise, with all the evidence CCP controls Tedros’s appointment and they were cozy like two balls before a sterilization, in Ethiopia, the West, acting like they feared or were enemies with the CCP and the march of communism, in my view wouldn’t be providing the CCPs, pet project the WHO more powers.

NO. These facts don’t coincide with a multi-polar self interested world. :Self interested countries don’t provide what appears from either perspective to provide greater authority in an international context to the other ‘side’. Where they do, and shove arms and killing and sanctions every-which OTHER way, it doesn’t conform to logic. I am a first principled thinker. I just add up facts and see where they go.

YOU CAN’T BE AT WAR, and using the ‘UN’ for all kinds of posturing, and then sit down at the WHO and hand over sovereignty blithely like a cozy tea party.

Do you see what I see?

either the wars are a sham for another purpose (like we would be in on it) and the WHO amendments are the main event. Or the wars and multi-polar world are legit, and they are acting like crackpots at the WHO.

I have long long long thought the war in Ukraine was about emptying Ukraine of Ukrainians and providing the globalists their bread basket. That lines up with every other land play on farming right now.

The sanctions and energy were the ‘reason’ to grease the green new deal was my other theory RIGHT FROM THE START. But all that means I have a completely skeptical view of the war and I see the ‘effects’ of the war lining up with stated goals in Executive Orders and think THAT IS AWFULLY CONVENIENT and another coincidence. I don’t believe in coincidences.

That’s how I read the tea leaves. I have a Ukrainian friend that donates his time in the summer there to ministering to those injured. He says the women and children will not come back that they will make new lives. The youth now are leaving at 15 to 17 to avoid fighting. Scores and scores of their young men have perished. Fighting to the last Ukrainian, when Nato borders were a method to peace.

Well Back to the WHO. If the amendments are Biden’s countries now so viciously polarized wouldn’t during this time period cooperate. Their screw this letter is due December 1, 2023 and they are out of the WHO’s amendments.

If the CCP has the WHO, what was the west handing them power in the first place.

Why does the US fund a Wuhan lab with dangerous weaponized pathogens with their mortal enemy China anyway? We have to accept all these facts that tend to be inconsistent with national self interest.

Where was the buzz prior to the January 2022 Biden amendments being presented IN A SHROUD OF SECRECY, was the walk up to it in the press getting the people on board for sovereignty attacking amendments?

When I wrote all the MPs about the amendments last year, I got few responses, one was that they were Biden’s amendments, so they are in our interest, because we are an ally of the United States. Get it. Allies support allies in international fraught issues. So why the Brics? I am hammering the point, because NO ONE HAS MADE IT YET.

IT DOESN’T ADD UP DEAR READERS. I woke up and sat down with a coffee with actual dairy, to tell you my thoughts.
