...that sounds a good title...it started me thinking?!...🤔...so i seemed to quickly think of a title that is apt at least...how about 'Enlightened Zeitgeist' and next to it a pair of scales...with two L's underneath or next to each scale...heres two rapid meanings i quickly took from wiki...re: zeitgeist...'Think about how something like Woodstock symbolized the 1960s: Woodstock was part of the Zeitgeist of the 1960s. Whatever seems particular to or symbolic of a certain time is likely part of its Zeitgeist....and re:enlightened...'having or showing a rational, modern, and well-informed outlook.

I've begun thinking emojis could be extreme language distortion like hieroglyphics. Reduce us to simple faces and teach those instead of language. Then we lose the articulation of dissent from oppression. Ideal for plugging humans into gridc or cloud. But I always follow the lines out further than most can tolerate

Lisa, I do not know your age (and you do not need to say) but I suspect you are over 50. Most older lawyers seem to get it. I am an older lawyer. We were taught constitutional law correctly IMHO. the younger lawyers scare the piss out of me. Not only were they selected to attend law school for all of the wrong reasons but they were indoctrinated in truly subversive ideologies. They are devoid of critical thinking skills and are completely ruled by their emotions. God help us because the younger lawyers sure will not carry the torch to defend free speech and other civil liberties.

Same happens to me...been happening for over a year now - when AI took over the monitoring? Posts are deleted the minute you press the post button. I've had to copy my text as I go, in the event that it disappears. Then I paste it in again and look for possible algo triggers...copy it again - before I hit post, and try to post again...Infuriating. And that happens across all platforms - including substack. Even when writing emails, my computer will crash up to a dozen times while I'm composing the text. Have to do the same thing...copy as I go.
And some of the time I just say screw it - forget it - just what they want you to do. I'm convinced that AI is now monitoring us all and they can cast the wider net that we could ever imagine.
