Only 2 countries have not adopted this mess. US and Somalia. Not that the US hasn't tried many times. I fought this many years ago. Basically this takes away all parental rights. I have a friend that lives in Canada and her 12 year old daughter ran away and the police told her that if she went after her daughter and forced her to come home she could be arrested for kidnapping. Her daughter was hurt in school and they took her to the hospital without her knowledge or consent. They also control a countries welfare program. This is why Obama wanted so many people on welfare. The UK tried to lower payments and the UN stepped in and put a stop to it because they are part of this Convention. It is not a good thing. It totally destroys parental rights.
