Well that's one way to implement your ideology. Give the Billionaires an idea/project with a tax credit and they will invest and build it, regardless if it has any merit or validity of success, as they can write it off as a loss as well.
Yeah, Democrats/Socialists really hate big finance and Billionaires, unless they're doing things they want regardless of the consequences. We kept hearing about Corporate Welfare which gave them control of our Congress along with the whitehouse, and once they got there they never did a damn thing to change it.
