Well that's one way to implement your ideology. Give the Billionaires an idea/project with a tax credit and they will invest and build it, regardless if it has any merit or validity of success, as they can write it off as a loss as well.

We kept hearing about Corporate Welfare which gave them control of our Congress along with the whitehouse, and once they got there they never did a damn thing to change it.
