Actually it sounds like willful circumvention of the constitution. Also of the Philippines constitution. Or does it sound it like that only to me?

I just noticed also the requirement FDA take positive steps. How does that work where the institution seems captured. So the gate keeper is in bed with the manufacturer wanting access to those held safely within the gates? No more gate keeper. Becomes an essential door bell

The way I see it is, they are all in bed together doing what they do.

You’ve made your bed, now you have to lay in it.

Sounds like they have made a pretty good bed for themselves in more ways than one. Unfortunately the ones not in the bed are the one’s getting screwed.

I don't think you can enforce a contract for murder. Same logic when it's on a different scale. Statutory tyranny and oppression just seem like words in a certain order and nothing else. For the courts to provide them meaning , means they participate and that is also not their role. We are in different order times and require different order arguments. Thank you for always being such a great fan and reader of my work.
