“An Ontario court has ruled in favor of a woman who was charged and convicted for refusing to submit to a COVID nasal swab test upon returning home to Canada in 2022.
I got forced to retire from the City and County of San Francisco on March 1, 2021. I refused the nasal swab. I was refused entry into the place of my employment, and I was sent home…on my lunch break. I wasn’t even allowed the get my belongings from my locker. I was an employee for 23 years.
You figured it out faster than all those sitting in compliance. Those enforcing it dutifully linning up for extra boosters. I know a teacher who lost her mom and sister the same week to turbo cancer
I'm guessing they linned up for shots together. I know such wreckage to the human body
I fired myself from a very rewarding, long time job that I was very happy in, as a retirement home employee when the mandates rolled around. Masks, swabs, and eventually the experimental injections. Broke my heart. Those seniors were my life.
I am so, truly sorry Toxi! A job isn’t just a job when one quits or retires. It’s also all the people that touch your heart/soul. Sharing a loving moment with a person can never be replaced.
I bet those souls feel the same about you.
And life goes on, as we know. Now what? I’m asking myself that every, single day.
I was appalled when first hearing of this long stem swab, to be jammed so far up as to maybe cause abrasion or puncture to most delicate area!! (And/or odd compound tainting)
Nothing funny about it, but reminded me of the Neil Innis song “Ballad of Sir Robin”, about “...nostrils raped....”
The real issue is jurisdiction. Governments and their agents do NOT have jurisdiction over the conscience of a free individual under God, to do ANYTHING. You cannot serve two masters.
All human laws are either redundant legalities (if you are following conscience already, you don't need a human law to say it again) or unlawful (again, if you are following conscience, and lawful deals with conscience, then human laws against conscience are against God's lawful conscience).
All governments are illegitimate, unlawful (against God), and even illegal (against human legalities) in many cases, as this judge pointed out.
Technically, all their statutes apply only to the corporate fiction identification the government created. People are tricked into joinder by identifying with the identification. Technicality perhaps but their system is fiction, after all. Governments do not have jurisdiction over a living wo/man but only control ID. Their Quarantine act is more of the same, as they do not have jurisdiction over restricting the movements of free wo/man under God. Governments have become God in the eyes of people. That is the problem
I know they don’t have jurisdiction. The STATE Constitutions state just as much! Try getting a lawyer to take on a case! IMPOSSIBLE, especially in Commifornia.
You have to learn some legal and lawful stuff and do court yourself. If you get a lawyer, you have just screwed yourself, because a lawyer is re-presenting you as a fiction in their fictional system of colorable (fake) law. So, you cannot use a lawyer and expect to win.
