911 Digital Currency Modernization Act just passed! USA. This was why they timed their satanic Epstein Release.

Exactly what I thought after watching the video -- thinking, "Wow, can't even trust Thomas Massie." But then, I looked for confirmation on the net, and >crickets<, so I assume that this was untrue. Otherwise, the presentation seems totally legit and informative, so I have no idea why the poster would risk credibility by lying like that, unless there is some way that Congress can pass bills through both houses in secrecy, which I would certainly hope is unconstitutional. In any case, requires further confirmation with primary sources.

I believe a voice vote can bypass a recorded vote, obfuscating who votes for or against a piece of legislation.

I would expect nothing less than something like this because NO ONE in either cult in the Puppet Predator Palace, the VPOTUS, SOH, Senate Majority Leader, House and Senate Minority Leader positions, etc. is in office to serve the U. S. citizenry. We have (s)elections, not elections. They serve those who (s)elected and supported them.

Olde Edo's avatar

That is true, but still there would be a record that such legislation passed and has become the nation's law.

Arthur's avatar

I can find discussion of the act, but nothing on its passage. That said, if an attorney shared this and considering how disturbing the news is, along with the timing, my guess is that any reporting of its passage will be made after it goes into effect.

Please provide any evidence for the bill as I can’t access it via Google-search.

These are all the acts. I will look for the provision.

In 2025-2026, Congress is actively pursuing digital modernization through several key bills focused on agency efficiency, permitting, and IT infrastructure. Notable legislative efforts include the Electronic Permitting Modernization Act (H.R.2318/H.R.5509), the BIS IT Modernization Act (H.R.4920), and the Modernizing Government Technology (MGT) Reform Act (H.R.2985).

Key 119th Congress (2025-2026) Digital Modernization Efforts:

Electronic Permitting Modernization Act (H.R. 2318/H.R. 5509): Requires the Department of the Interior to create a centralized, online, and secure system for processing permits, reducing reliance on paper-based processes.

Modernizing Government Technology (MGT) Reform Act (H.R. 2985): Aims to overhaul federal IT systems, enhancing transparency and creating a pathway to replace or retire outdated legacy systems.

BIS IT Modernization Act (H.R. 4920): Focuses on updating the Bureau of Industry and Security’s IT infrastructure, introduced in August 2025.

Telehealth Modernization Act (H.R. 5081): Aims to extend and expand, or make permanent, pandemic-era telehealth flexibilities for Medicare beneficiaries.

Cybersecurity Hiring Modernization Act (2026): Focuses on reducing hiring barriers, such as removing degree requirements, to improve the federal cybersecurity workforce, noted in Feb 2026.

Other Digital & AI Initiatives:

AI Integration: Congress is exploring AI, with over 150 House offices utilizing AI co-pilot licenses as of late 2025 to increase operational efficiency.

Digital Assets: Continued work on frameworks for digital assets and crypto regulation, following initiatives like the Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act (FIT 21).

Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act (S.1124): Aims to prevent the Federal Reserve from issuing a central bank digital currency (CBDC).

These acts and initiatives reflect a broad, bipartisan push to update federal digital infrastructure, enhance public-facing digital services, and ensure cybersecurity.

Without doubts, regarding the tokenization of everything as well as the agenda to bring about the CBDC/stablecoin based digital „reality“ the point here is, which bill has been signed last Monday and will reduce the Cash-Threshold from 10,000 $ to only 600 $ in the US starting Tomorrow. While it’s of utmost importance to Share auch critical Information we have to prove that it is true. With OR without Epstein camalities.

There are other search engines, Firefox, is much better with Duck Duck Go or Bing, Google is still very selective as is anything Apple has going on, algorithms are very left leaning.

Hello, Lawyer Lisa. I also noted and watched the same video on YouTube that you link to yesterday, sort of panicked, but then started to search the Net for confirmation of this, without success. I posted it to the chat on the Jimmy Dore Show, and one fellow who is known to be rather savvy about this topic posted back saying that this is not true, no such bill has been passed, after which I doubled down and searched further, but indeed have found no confirmation of this anywhere (it would be in the official Congressional record, but I haven't gotten around to hunting that up yet -- 3 cats have been busy distracting me because the snow is keeping them indoors.

As a lawyer, I would expect that you would know better than I where to search for information about what Congress has been up to.

If a hoax, then shame on the perp (that would be the 2nd blatant lie I found in less than 20 min of looking for news on YouTube--apparently no series of major earthquakes have devastated California's coast, either). However, I must add that the commentary on what the effect of such a bill would be is excellent and completely on mark in my opinion, so it is at least watching for that.

I have not been able to verify this information either. Three of the four source links are broken, and the fourth is not relevant. Three different AI chat models cannot find this info either. This video is actually AI-generated. I have seen a few of the videos from this content creator and while some of the information is legit because it aligns with financial information that I had already learned over time, some is speculative. I need to see the relevant bill(s).

Olde Edo's avatar

My thoughts exactly--so much of his information is legit and useful, to make an out and out assertion based on nothing seems absolutely counterproductive if you are trying to build a viewership...

Rod's avatar

Agreed, but what if the ultimate purpose is not to build an audience? What if the purpose is to either influence the financial market temporarily, or to measure viewer reaction and feed it into their AI for predictive analysis? We know there are multiple YouTube channels associated with this entity, could there be many more we don't know about?

Relax, it seems this assertion of passage by Congress may likely be unfounded and requires confirmation using primary sources, but for the moment is at least questionable.

Since it just passed in USA, I am pretty sure it’s on the books here for at least 10 years. We are always much ahead of evil than USA.

Check this: https://emmer.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/majority-whip-tom-emmer-s-flagship-legislation-the-anti-cbdc-surveillance-state-act-passes-house-of-representatives

Basically, the House passed a bill prohibiting CBDCs last year.

Many thanks to Rep. Emmer who acknowledges Pres. Trump's initiative to prohibit even research into implementation of a CBDC.

Lowering the threshold was why I left Ebay. I was selling some of my personal record collection, but when they lowered limits Ebay demanded I provide them with my SS number. I said GTH. Haven't sold a thing since.

Now, the only way they get away with this surveillance reporting nonsense is to not do business with anybody asking for your SS numbers. They can only keep the money printing game going so long to support the "players" for Mr. Global before hyperinflation, which will get out the guillotines when people realize their lives were ruined by and for the Trillionaires.

Worse, which I just wrote about, is the elimination of cash altogether. Its beginning and must be stopped - again, using our wallets. Put em out of business if they don't want legal tender.

This is an EMERGENCY, I still don't think it's too late. But even if its not, I will go down trying. Please pass on to anyone and everyone.

According to Dan@iallegedly.com, the ceiling on cash transactions in CA and TX has been lowered to $200.00. Of course, it is just a matter of time before this will be expanded to all 50 states.
