I'm sure there are many worthy topics being addressed in this entire piece. But to be perfectly honest -- I don't think the people you are trying to reach will take the time to wade through all of the information (or to even try to figure out what you are saying). It is not written for the people you are trying to reach to be able to even begin to understand your points.
Basic rule for reaching the masses - prepare your work to be read on the level of a fifth-grade student. This is waaay over the heads of the people you are trying to rally into action. You would do well to hire a good copywriter that can decipher your points, and action items and convey them to the audience you are trying to reach.
