Ukraine and Canada Joint Declaration and the effect of War
I have a friend who has volunteered in Ukraine, not as a fighter but as a humanitarian. He is Ukrainian now living in Canada. He estimates 15 million refugees left. google says 8 million. He says the refugees will not return. That they are mostly women and children who have left and migrated mostly to Poland and are making new lives. What will become of the country if further divested of Ukrainians. Does further war assist the people? Who gets their farmland, oil and gas and other resources. Russia might keep Crimea but there is a lot more to take. Is this like the Dutch government grabbing the Dutch farmland from the farmers, but under a different guise. Should diplomacy have been an option. Can peace be brought to the region? Was Nato encroaching ever further to Russia’s borders since 1955 a provocation? If not justifiable provocation, was Russia’s reaction predictable? I mean do you study geopolitical matters precisely for this purpose and then stare in confusion when the results go as predicted.
How about the Brics alliance, was that a predictable outcome and was it dangerous, or was it anticipated and part of the war on the US by the globalists. Why do you want the other world’s great powers working against the US. And especially if you are a leader of the US. What does that do to the dollar, and how does it help the Fed NOW CBDC.

Was the Bay of Pigs a similar provocation. What does History teach us when we look. That diplomacy mattered more in the cold war when the nation state was stronger. JFK had the matter neutralized in 4 days, when there was encroachment of missiles to the US borders. How would neocons have viewed this use of diplomacy then or today.

Now that things are muddied by the globalist alliances, there are more than the national interests that are truly in play. A one world government is also in play. It is play through the WHO. It is in play through the WEF. It is play through the omni power that is China. It is play through deference to technocratic goals. If you always ignore this angle when dissecting world events, you ignore a massive motivation and movement behind the scenes that presses leavers.

So is the purpose of NATO for stability and peace in the region. Or is for another purpose now. Is the Nuclear issue a false flag because all the alliances are behind the scenes and not for our viewing. Are the ridiculous in charge in that they would risk nuclear war or nuclear accidents. For winning. What a win!
Nuclear arms utilized in our lifetime? Risking that is on the table? Only if idiots are in charge, or they know something we don’t. I assume the later.
I assume that more fear for the sake of how fear operates in our society and benefits those on the take. Unfortunately what I see is that those on the take have been our governments and what they are taking are illegitimate powers.
Currently, four partner countries have declared their aspirations to NATO membership: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Sweden and Ukraine. If we look at the unending immigration into the EU and what it has produced in the EU and especially in France, Italy and Germany, one wonders how these alliances have been helping the European citizens. If the bombing of the Nordstream pipeline and the new green energy just transition and net zero is impoverishing European citizens and their economy, one would think national interests will be on the increase. The violence in France right now shows an utter lack of leadership. There have been protests in France with the yellow jackets and Le Pen’s supporters this whole past year. This has morphed with anti-globalist protests, then anti-Macro protests and now finally it appears the civilian population including the immigrants are witnessing experiencing and terrorizing each other. When the state cannot provide safety for its citizens, its raison d’etre ceases to exist.
Is this the entire plan for Europe. The principles of auto-determination do not seem to be working. Is that because the globalists are specifically destabilizing. How do you replace a society. Through a program of sustained demorilization, followed by destabilization. Followed by a quick invasion. This was how the soviets converted countries to communism. Are we seeing that live now. Fight with a return to morality. I’m not kidding.
Communism is marching. But is not only marching in communist countries, it is marching paved by socialists deferential to the CCP in western countries. Is Russia an ally of China and India. Is that the outward alliance we told to see. What is the war when you factor in the CCP’s massive influence in Canada, the US, and the EU. What are we looking at when we see bills and legislation that enable China type communism in Canada, the EU, Australia, New Zealand and the US. The bills being passed enable just that.
My Ukrainian friend says the war is centuries old and will go on for centuries. I wonder at the rich resources in the Ukraine and the battle that is now afoot for these. Grubby hands Russian and globalists all in the plunder.
The result is predictable Hunger. The result may be higher food prices.
Much like Hunger Games. Please listen for which governments fall and when food prices go up and by how much.
But the war’s alliances result in another plotted by elites, prediction. The death of the Dollar in Dollar Wars. How deep are SOROS, open society in the geopolicies we are seeing today.
Are marionettes pulling the strings of what we see, executing plans that have been ongoing for a long time. Or is it happening in real time with no real connections. Trudeau is supporting his pal Zelenski. It seems to me that I mistrust what either of them do and even as it relates to what is in the Ukraine’s or Ukrainians interest. Their suffering is prolonged by war. You cannot ‘rebuild’ some of the losses the people themselves experience.
I know for instance Trudeau is a WEFER who admires China. China is apparently another country we may be at war with over Taiwan. The WEFERS are close to Xi. It is also so clear as mud. A war with Taiwan will produce supply chain issues… and more the, hate to say it, same.
I don’t believe that leaders ever tip their hands to the populace, but reveal on a need to know basis. That seems appropriate in a time of war. But what if the leaders become adverse in interest to the population or do not take the democratic principles of autodetermination from the people. Should we be examining more closely the war making powers of our Executive Branch? Probably. Especially when they represent 32.7 percent of the popular vote and almost 70% of the funding of the press that forms our opinions. Oh a state press. Just like china. Oh control of the internet. Just like china. oh digital id. just like china. oh cbdc. just like china is introducing. oh social credit score, and good speak and bad speak and good think and bad think. just like china.
Really Canada is not acting like a democracy. And we have to wonder why. Our obligations to NATO are important. The organization is supposed to be protective of our interests and make us stronger. I hope NATO is accomplishing this. But it remains to be seen.

At their meeting in Kyiv on Saturday, June 10, 2023, the President of Ukraine and the Prime Minister of Canada adopted the following declaration.
The President of Ukraine and the Prime Minister of Canada reiterated their unequivocal condemnation of Russia’s ongoing war of aggression against Ukraine. Ukraine has shown remarkable determination in exercising its inherent right to self-defence against this unprovoked and unjustified invasion. Russia must immediately, completely and unconditionally withdraw all its military forces from the territory of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders.
Canada remains unwavering in its commitment to Ukraine’s independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity within its internationally recognized borders. Canada commends the determination and courage of the Ukrainian people and armed forces in defence of their independence. Their resolve and valour on democracy’s front line are not only safeguarding the security of Europe in the face of Russia’s violent expansionism, but also bolstering the rules-based international system and demonstrating that no matter how brutal the foe, might does not make right.
As they do so, the people of Ukraine can count on Canada to continue its political, financial, humanitarian and military support for as long as it takes – individually and through international cooperation within the G7, NATO, the United Nations and any other forum where Canada can bring its weight to bear.
Since February 2022, Canada has committed over $8 billion in wide-ranging assistance to Ukraine. Canada is providing unprecedented military support, including tanks, air-defence systems and artillery, and continues to develop new assistance measures based on Ukraine’s needs.
Beyond military assistance, Canada has provided Ukraine with civilian assistance, including financial, humanitarian and emergency support ranging from economic assistance to contributions to demining efforts to save civilian lives. Canada has led the way, in several ways, such as by issuing the world’s first Ukraine Sovereignty Bonds.
Canada supports Ukraine’s initiative for a just and sustainable peace based on Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and commends the key principles of the Ukrainian Peace Formula. Canada is providing significant contributions under several points identified in the Formula, including nuclear safety, food security, accountability and ecological safety. Looking forward, Canada will continue to focus its support on Ukraine’s greatest needs, with a particular focus on those outlined in the Formula. Canada stands ready to cooperate with Ukraine and with others to ensure as wide an international participation as possible in pursuing the Peace Formula’s objectives, including through an upcoming Global Peace Summit and any other appropriate diplomatic initiatives.
Ukraine and Canada recognize that Russia’s war has had significant and wide-ranging consequences outside Ukraine, including worsened global energy and food crises. These effects have been felt most acutely by the most vulnerable. Ukraine and Canada commit to continuing to work to alleviate these consequences, including through engagement with partners in the Global South. The two countries also reiterate the crucial role of the Black Sea Grain Initiative in helping to relieve global hunger, and the need to ensure its continued and unhindered operation. Canada commends Ukraine’s ongoing efforts both to implement the Black Sea Grain Initiative and to contribute to global food security through other projects, such as the Grain from Ukraine initiative.
Ukraine and Canada are united in their determination to fight against impunity, and underline their firm commitment to bringing to justice those responsible for war crimes and other atrocity crimes committed in Russia’s war of aggression. Canada supports international efforts in this regard and is a member of the Core Group studying options to ensure accountability for the crime of aggression, for which broad international support is essential. Ukraine and Canada also reiterate their support for the investigations of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, which are a step toward accountability, and have taken note of the court’s arrest warrants. Canada was among the countries that first referred Russia’s actions in Ukraine to the Court in March 2022 and has sent a team of investigators to support its important work.
Ukraine and Canada agree on the need to increase our collective pressure on Russia through further sanctions to weaken Russia’s ability to continue its illegal war of aggression. Furthermore, they agree on the need to strengthen efforts to ensure the effective implementation of sanctions and to prevent and counter circumvention in and by third countries.
Ukraine and Canada will continue to work together with others to develop mechanisms to provide compensation for losses, injuries and damages caused by the Russian aggression. Canada was the first country to launch a process to seize and pursue the forfeiture of assets belonging to sanctioned individuals or organizations, with a view to ultimately using the proceeds to support the reconstruction of Ukraine and compensate the victims of Russia’s illegal and unjustifiable invasion. Canada also joined the Council of Europe’s Register of Damage Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation Against Ukraine as a founding associate member on May 17, 2023. Canada will continue to explore appropriate options for the use of frozen and immobilized Russian assets to support Ukraine’s reconstruction and for the purposes of reparation.
Canada, together with international organizations and international partners, is committed to participate in the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine. Already now, it is important to lay the ground for an ambitious and long-term engagement that will create opportunities and enable the Ukrainian people to rebuild their country, based on a transparent and inclusive national reconstruction architecture supported by key reforms based on democratic principles. Engaging all relevant partners, including the private sector as well as national and international organizations and financial institutions, is essential to ensure a prosperous future for Ukraine.
In the NATO framework, Canada recalls that Ukraine has the right to choose its own security arrangements. Canada continues to focus on immediate support to bolster Ukraine’s capacity to defend itself. Canada fully supports the NATO-Ukraine Council as a venue to further increase and expand ongoing cooperation to help fulfil Ukraine’s path towards the Euro-Atlantic family, consistent with the Bucharest Declaration. Canada supports Ukraine to become a NATO member as soon as conditions allow for it. Ukraine and Canada look forward to addressing these issues at the NATO Summit in Vilnius in July 2023.
On December 2, 1991, Canada became the first Western country to recognize Ukraine’s independence. More than 30 years later, Canada continues to stand with the people of Ukraine as they fight for their independence, democracy and freedom.”

What are the ways that war depopulates. So many. So many. War serves who. Do people mostly want to live in peace and support their family. Yes. But will people fight when called on.
I would be curious as to how you see the next phase playing out. Money. Debt. Inflation cycle, poverty, property switching hands everywhere, wide spread hunger. But will it be WW3.

What purpose does “standing against Russia” serve aside from propping up the west’s propaganda war? Russia is a much smaller threat to world peace and stability than America with it’s 900+ military bases outside of its borders.
