I don’t believe this is correct. I would be happy to discover that I am incorrect - but I do not believe you can find anything published prior to the events that were supposedly predicted. I spent quite a bit of time looking into this - tracking one report back to its predecessor etc. and reading the books in their original languages. The one exception is that the quote from the highly untrustworthy taxil might be said to have predicted the Bolshevik revolution - but it’s not clear cut.
PS. Just in case it’s not clear from the above - the letter was first published in the 1800s (not 1925) in Taxil’s work. But the text was not the same. It starts the same way but then all the stuff about world wars was added later (post WW2).
