MIGRATION is not Immigration. It is the movement of people without regard to borders.
Immigration infers states and borders.
The UN has this very extensive network of facilitation through the IOM and if you are concerned about immigration into your country this is an organization to investigate.
There is a seismic difference between immigration and migration. Immigration, whether legal or illegal, recognizes national boundaries––migration does not. Words matter.
And I truly believe that all countries signed off on the U.N.'s global compact on MIGRATION!
