I want you to consider that Jordon Peterson is being sanctioned IN CHINADA for essentially political speech against his government. The speech that ought most be protected. His professional College has decided that he needs to be condemned publicly. That is they get to tell the world publicly that he is up for this social media retraining. This in and of itself has achieved a censure. He has to challenge them in court and it is costly. The sanction they are applying would have him fund his own ‘retraining’. It is Orwellian and can’t stand in a democratic society. This is using professional bodies to silent dissent. It therefore violates the Charter of Rights.
It has achieved a sentencing prior to a hearing and thus does not meet the Rule of Law.
It is also a ‘loosey goosey’ offense, that is not definable. Again this does not meet the Rule of Law.
Who does he owe the duty of care ‘not to offend’ to? The entire WOKE world.
It is also extra-jurisdictional of their authority, and does not attempt to regulate the professional client relationship.
The whole scheme lacks any moral underpinning in that it is completely biased and one sided. It is blatantly set up to stamp out opposition to government policies.
One of the areas you may not offend people: environmentalists, trans movement, WEF pissants in power. In contrast environmentalists want to encroach on the very living you do.
WEF brag about infiltrating governments to create their WORLD how they want to ORDER it.
No professional body seems to care about anti-vaxers feeling threatened. Here for instance is just one of the type of vitriol that might be faced on line in Canada. (Warning. Hateable)
The internet and social media and indeed MSM has been replete with top down encouragement of hate and discrimination against those who are standing their ground (justifiably!) on a medical choice. Our own Prime Minister foments hate against those who would dare disagree with him on this point. He uses his pulpit of power to do so and thus encourages ‘his followers’ to follow suit.
Here for instance is Gerald Butts posting what I think is an ugly, hateful post against Americans. Is he a nobody?
NO: he was the Principal Secretary to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau from 2015 - 2019. Did he face any sanction from our government? He was the architect of Trudeau’s election and resigned in a scandal. If you feel like this needs more shaming I’m with you!!!
Do you even get the feeling that his long time university buddy Trudeau might have hired him precisely because they hate the same way?
71 churches have burned down during Trudeau’s tenure in Canada. Not one public condemnation calling for an investigation and urging religious tolerance. However worship in a church was made ‘illegal’.
Intolerance, and hate isn’t outlawed in Canada. It’s encouraged. In fact, it’s like he’s carved a line and you are either with his rabid pro vaccine, pro shut down the nation, extreme anti-religious, or you take up space. Since he is a WEF man, in order to get to this Utopian New World Order, they will need to divide us.
LET THAT SINK IN: THEY WILL NEED TO DIVIDE US.
I’m going to say that again; THEY WILL NEED TO DIVIDE US. One of the biggest things we need to do is NOT FOLLOW THEIR SCRIPT.
I know the lines seem etched: anti-vax or pro. In essence its more like this: THOSE WHO SEE. THOSE WHO SEE WHEN SHOWN. AND THOSE WHO WILL NEVER SEE. That’s it. Some saw earlier. Some saw when they saw. Some, a great many will see soon. Help each other.
