Half my substacks are based on stumbling upon their terms of art (you know like Gender Diversity -rather than Identity, or Smart City Infrastructure). Then you just follow it out. Always the same pattern too. Fund the organization, name this organization the expert on the subject. Give the expert you funded an ability to weigh in on a political matter with an important study. Use the study to justify the goal.

Close the subject matter to all in disagreement. Therein are the pretty little terms of art, that only they use and adopt. little code words. Their language. It’s always quite an interest use of language. Not natural. Its sprinkle sparkles at a pride parade. Except its likely tax payer money to justify your own imprisonment.

Also as an inside once an organization is theirs; you will see circles in their logos. portions of circles in the the logos. Like cut up bubbles. Repeating concentric bubbles cut up and placed on their images and logos. I see them everywhere. Pay attention. One of the flags they mount to show who and what they conquer or where they can be located.

you need to be asking what your city councilors position on Smart City. Do you have cameras and antenna on all your alternating street lights? Smart City. (I desperately want to write dumb prison instead of smart city)

SO BY THE WAY. DIGITALISATION OF EVERYTHING USES A LOT OF ENERGY. SO MUCH THAT IT INCREASES the production OF CARBON dioxide, it increases the use of energy to digitize and monitor. Oh seems wasteful and counterproductive unless: oh. aaah! ITS THE WATCHING AND CONTROLING THAT IS THE POINT, of smart cities. AAH. Got it now.
