Abstract
“Highly precise micromanipulation tools that can manipulate and interrogate cell organelles and components must be developed to support the rapid development of new cell-based medical therapies, thereby facilitating in-depth understanding of cell dynamics, cell component functions, and disease mechanisms. This paper presents a literature review on micro/nanomanipulation tools and their control methods for single-cell surgery. Micromanipulation methods specifically based on laser, microneedle, and untethered micro/nanotools are presented in detail. The limitations of these techniques are also discussed. The biological significance and clinical applications of single-cell surgery are also addressed in this paper.”

Who would have thought in our life times this type of surgery would be discussed. And then the purpose to which it can be put?
“There has been a paradigm shift in modern surgery and medicine, with technologies becoming smaller and more efficient than their larger predecessors, increasing their effectiveness5. micro/nanomanipulation methods and tools that can perform single-cell manipulation and surgery have attracted worldwide attention in recent years, as they provide information about individual cells and their organelles8,9,10,11,12,13.
There are numerous key applications of single-cell surgery, such as cloning12, preimplantation and diagnosis14, gene editing15, cellular therapy16, and understanding the functions and activities of subcellular organelles and components7.”
The Transhumanism cabal, the ‘under your skin’ a la Harari et al, are looking to this type of technology to provide them the elusive joinder between cells and, nanotechnology, the cloud and ai.
In my view the Cis- Trans version of trans-humanism is but the first place we will stop. It is an interesting to note what Cis and Trans meant in terms of geometric nomenclature.
The cis- prefix means "on this side".
In geometrical isomer nomenclature, the prefix cis- and trans- are used to identify which side of the double bond the similar atoms are found. The cis- prefix is from the Latin meaning "on this side". In this case, the chlorine atoms are on the same side of the carbon-carbon double bond. This isomer is called cis-1,2-dichloroethene.
The trans- prefix means "across".
The trans- prefix is from the Latin meaning "across". In this case, the chlorine atoms are across the double bond from each other. This isomer is called trans-1,2-dichloroethene.”
So in the gender ideology we are being pumped into discussing, the Cis means on this side and the Trans means Across. It interesting that such a hostile nomenclature was chosen. But I do not think this is where the true movement will stop. It is a stepping stone to another version of Trans.
Trans also happens to be be short for ‘transhumanism’.
So when you think of the medicalization that trans individuals are now subject to in terms of solving the gender dysphoria, that medicalization will create its own area of expertise. It will build up medical funding, surgeries, and r&d.
Right now I don’t think adequate protections are in place for trans individuals. There is a hyper assent into medicalization and even surgeries with the only legislative protections in our country being those that silent dissent.
This can never be protective of the individual undergoing medicalization. I think its a disservice to the trans individual and meant as the stepping stone into the trans medicalization that has nothing to do with the trans version we now are used to discussing.
It is a massive amount of money, attention, and rigorous all society organization. Follow the money is one of my logical muses.
It is also where the executive orders in many nations are focusing. When Space was the ‘next frontier’, it meant a massive investment. Now ‘under your skin’ and ‘melding man with machine’ is the next frontier and the now and current massive investement.
So my theory is the medical system we are setting up for trans children and adults addressing gender dysphoria, is useful to another larger purpose that is not necessarily visible to those entrenched in the ideological debate.
Do you think there is a path being charted through legislation, Executive Orders, policies? Yes. So you read them and you come to certain conclusions. I think A LOT OF MONEY is going into supporting the Trans movement. ALOT and everywhere. It may be a grand distraction from other larger changes in our society that are almost out pacing our ability to keep up.
But also I believe it is because the medical systems that are being funded and set up will be the trans-humanism medical systems that will evolve therefrom.
When you hear chanting ‘Trans rights are human rights’. It strikes me how apt that statement will be in the next phase where it is not the CIS TRANS paradigm we are discussing, but the Trans human - the human who has many robotic and nanotech components inserted, perhaps with lobotomies in the brain area that deals with compassion and emotional empathy.
These ‘transhumanism’ will be some Elite’s play thing, or rolled out for a purpose, perhaps a slave caste. perhaps a military caste. Ever and ever larger experiments will be performed based on the initial medicalization of the gender issue. It is not that the gender issue isn’t important to some individuals, its that issue is being utilized as a stepping stone.
We will all of us have a fear of this new human -this Trans-human. We will also fear (justifiably so, being taken in for such experiments) thus what is now repeated and repeated: TRANS RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS. will be worm-holed for us into the new trans rights paradigm that is NOT GENDER, does not involve gender identity, but instead involves the CYBORG in our lifetime. This is the roll out, and why so much money is in it. ITS THE NEXT FRONTIER.
Those types of experiments on humans may be unholy, unGodly, ethically problematic. So we move in that direction BY THOSE who want that.
The money going in to support the Trans movement everywhere may have something to do with ‘advancing human rights’. But I suspect the real reason is that those in power are in a new ARMS RACE and it is under the skin.
Many comments are, ‘they aren’t that big a percentage of the population, so why so much effort on this part of the population’. Governments aren’t kind. they aren’t activist, they aren’t altruistic. They don’t want to protect the children or adults going through medicalization or want their best interest. Where have they ever been so activist for something that wasn’t a profit or control center.
I call bull shit.
I don’t believe for a second it is about inclusivity. We only need to see how they used ‘human rights’ in the pandemic to shutter in totalitarian policies. So bull F shit through and through. Exclusivity was de rigueure. But taking an experimental poison with nanotech in it. Ok well that’s full board, hard let’s go now.
So if the dialogue is now Cis Trans. and every business, professional body school etc has to do the dance for the government or ESG or EDI or whatever, I don’t believe they care about those they say they do.
You can. But I don’t. Race to the moon. Nuclear Arms race. Now we are comparing the types of expenditures that we are seeing in cis -trans. It is not about gender, or it is now. But not for very long.
It truly is the next Frontier. and the race to it means you have to accept ‘Trans’ now, and imprison dissent, because the next Trans they want you to accept is Transhumanism. That is the real path and the medicalization we are seeing is already paving that route.
I’m sure those who are involved heavily in the gender movement may think I am wrong. But I posit it because those involved in the gender movement for personal reasons, for reasons that may involve their own choices, future, decisions, and medicalization, may truly want to consider this. Any decision that could have permanent body consequences to their person should be heavily weighed. If it is possible their movement has a phase II, does it matter?
I don’t know.
Several micro/nanomanipulation tools and systems for single-cell manipulation and surgery, such as glass microneedles17,18,19, optical tweezers (OTs)20, microfluidics21, atomic force microscopy (AFM)22, dielectrophoresis23, and magnetic tweezers24, have been used for manipulating and interrogating single cells. Glass microneedles can be fabricated by pulling glass capillaries on heating filaments. The resultant capillaries feature a conical shape with one end from a few micrometers to a few nanometers in diameter. Several programmable micropipette pulling instruments can create micropipette tips with different sizes and shapes depending on their application, such as force probes for investigating muscle physiology. Kishino and Yanagida25 fabricated a micropipette 0.3 μm in diameter at the tip and 70–100 μm in length from a 1 mm glass capillary by using an electrode micropipette puller. Optical tweezers are strongly focused laser beams that can be used as end-effector tools to trap and manipulate dielectric particles with sizes ranging between a few nanometers and a few micrometers26. Given their noninvasiveness, flexibility, and precise manipulation of objects, OTs have been applied to numerous biological tasks, such as the rotation, transportation, stretching, and assembly of cells. Microfluidics is an interdisciplinary methodology at the intersection of many fields, such as nanotechnology, micromechanics, analytical chemistry, bioengineering, and microelectronics. Microfluidics was invented in the early 1990s by Manz et al.27. The goal of microfluidic technologies is to create a platform with a size of a few square centimeters or less to simplify operations involved in biology and chemistry, such as sample separation, preparation, detection, sorting reaction, and lysis. Improvements in on-chip integration and soft lithography have enabled us to create a network of microchannels that can be used to understand cell biology at a single-cell level by controlling fluid at the microliter and picoliter scales.
