Some history.
Putin met with a group from the World Economic Forum (WEF) in St Petersburg in 1992 as one of “three young men”. (the other two being Alexei Kudrin & Alexei Miller). But he’s not on any Young Global Leader (YGL) list that I know of. The first official group was the year after this November* meeting.
Pre 2003 this WEF program was actually called the Global Leaders for Tomorrow (GLT). There seems to have been a few problems around 2003 between the Haus of Klaus and the GLT which caused a name change to Young Global Leaders.
It looks to me that despite Putin not being on any of these lists as far as I can see, he’s one of the three “young” Russian men which the WEF went to see in Saint Petersburg in 1992 and therefore was there right at the beginning. Considering all the Sovietness of the YGL program is it Klaus’s or Vladimir’s baby? You decide. I know what I think.

There is one BASIC problem with this list - it is the very process of becoming a "global leader."
Receiving recognition for being a "global leader" does not mean that this person is in fact a puppet of Klaus Schwab and the WEF.
As for the nomination process itself:
Someone, sees that someone stands out and nominates that person, and after verification, according to criteria, that this person is actually doing something significant, he or she is declared a "Young Global Leader."
This process has NOTHING to do with being a WEF supporter and pushing their agenda.
There are people who have worked closely with the WEF, like Arden, Trudeau, etc.
So, the nomination process itself, does not prove that one is a Schwab and WEF man.

As for Tulsi, she said she was notified of the WEF's recognition in 2015, she thanked them then. However, she has NEVER BEEN IN DAVOS, and has NEVER HAD ANYTHING IN COMMON WITH THEM beyond that.
SHE IS CLEARLY SPEAKING OUT AGAINST THE WEF AGENDA.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has again changed the qualifying criteria for primary debates, eliminating the last woman in the race. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) will now be barred from appearing next to the two geriatric white men whose combined age is 155 years.
The DNC arbitrarily ruled Friday that participants in the next debate must have at least 20 percent of the pledged delegates. While Gabbard, 38, falls short, many thought she would be included to give the appearance of diversity and fairness.
Gabbard, who was accused by Hillary Clinton of being a Russian operative after she questioned key Democrat doctrine, is the only Democrat candidate left in the race besides the two men. She would have qualified for the debate under previous rules.
Gabbard took to Twitter Friday night after the new rules were announced, writing: “To keep me off the stage, the DNC again arbitrarily changed the debate qualifications. Previously they changed the qualifications in the OPPOSITE direction so Bloomberg could debate.”
The DNC previously removed one half of the qualifying criteria, enabling former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, 78, to make his first debates.
Bloomberg and a slew of others dropped out of the race in recent days.
Gabbard appealed directly to Biden and Sanders, telling them: “I’m sure you would agree that our Democratic nominee should be a person who will stand up for what is right. So I ask that you have the courage to do that now in the face of the DNC’s effort to keep me from participating in the debates.”

She had a required debate requirement, but to eliminate her, the qualification rules were changed before the debate itself.
This is the laughingstock of democracy.
Additionally, she stepped down from the DNC to endorse Sanders. He didn't say a word when this injustice was done to Gabbard four years later. He is spineless and unprincipled.
Perhaps, when they nominated her, they pinned their hopes on her. They completely missed the target.
