“For the first time, the professors around Dr. Jörg Matysik contacted BioNTech in January 2022 with critical questions: Since then, the scientists have gradually revealed how inadequate the supposedly good quality control of the corona vaccine actually is. Now the group of chemists is coming to the Paul Ehrlich Institute with new critical questions. They refer to current scientific findings on the synthesis of incorrect proteins in vaccinated people as well as the lack of controls for contamination. Their demand is clear: the PEI must draw conclusions and stop modRNA technology.

Dr. Matysik and his colleagues refer to the study that pointed to the risk of synthesis of incorrect proteins in people vaccinated with the mRNA vaccines. Based on this, they formulate the following questions for the PEI:

(1) When did you become aware of this work and the problem of ribosomal shifting in modRNA-based injections?
(2) Why was this obvious problem not recognized earlier?
(3) What investigations are planned by the PEI to investigate the toxicity of the unwanted proteins and what steps are planned by the PEI to eliminate or at least reduce such threats to modRNA technology?
(4) From the PEI's perspective, should these new findings have an impact on the approval of these new modRNA-based drugs and if so, which ones and if no, why not?
(5) How does the PEI plan to inform the public about these new findings about potentially dangerous side effects of modRNA technology?

Missing measurements: How is the PEI supposed to fulfill its task?

In addition, the analysis of the approval study by Doshi et al. which showed that the harm of vaccination outweighed the benefit. It is therefore scientifically incomprehensible that the modRNA platform was conditionally and later even regularly approved. The scientists continue:

The fact that a different production method for modRNA substances was used for the approval studies than for widespread use is astonishing, especially since the production process for marketing involves significant DNA contamination, the effects of which cannot yet be estimated. In this context, in a letter dated October 19, 2023 to Dr. A. Konietzky explained that the PEI does not check the concentration of DNA impurities itself, but only the information provided by the manufacturer and whether it
is within the approved range. The question naturally arises as to how you want to ensure the task of ensuring quality to protect the population if you do not carry out any independent measurements.

It is also “astonishing” that neither the significantly increased number of reported side effects nor the batch-dependent variance were addressed and that no action was taken. The scientists note:”

Doesn’t all this motivate you.
