German doctors sue the Minister of Health?
GERMAN DIGITAL SUPPLY ACT, ASSISTED SUICIDE AND FUNDING THE WHO
One of my Belgian readers tipped me off that a group of German Doctors are suing their Minister of Health for misrepresenting the safety profile of the vaccine BECAUSE THEY INJECTED THEIR PATIENTS. In other words, its a lawsuit by the doctors who were hoodwinked, are mad about it and who BELIEVE IN THE Hippocratic oath. It’s novel. It’s creative. And it is circulating word of mouth in the European medical community. The doctors banded together and doctors are telling each other. BUT I CAN’T FIND IT.
So a doctor in Belgium, is awake enough and is getting information about the jab (when Canadian doctors are muzzled and losing their license) AND WILLING to have a discussion about it with a patient. This means something to me.
And the case means something. Doctors who injected the jab are saying: YOU MADE ME POISON MY PATIENTS AND I’M MAD ABOUT THIS. It makes my heart swell. What a novel case. It by-passes limitations of liability and goes for misrepresentations: fraudulent or negligent and it can be a class-action.
But you can’t find it on MSM. or on Big Tech. So is it even happening? Or is this what control of the internet looks like. Cold War and we talk through the substacks?
When I search this on google I find these results instead:
Germany introduces Digital Supply Act to digitalize healthcare
So if you think the WHO treaty needs anything in Europe other than a signature to have full blown adoptions of repressions and vaccine passports and open air digital, technocratic prisons: not likely. ITS TIME TO STAND PEOPLE. NO DIGITAL ID, USE CASH. NO CBDC.
“Health minister Jens Spahn defended the new legislation against concerns about the use of patient data for medical research.”

“German federal parliament, the Bundestag has passed legislation to digitalise the country’s healthcare.
The Digital Supply Law (DVG), which was proposed by minister of health Jens Spahn earlier this year, was passed by the parliament on 8 November.
Under the new legislation, doctors will be able to prescribe digital health apps to patients, which can be reimbursed by the country’s statutory health insurance. App providers will have to prove to the federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) that their apps can improve patient care.
Also, doctors will be able to receive money for providing online consultation to patients with statutory insurance. Doctors will be allowed to provide information about video and online consultations on their websites, whereas before they had only been able to discuss these in private conversations.
The legislation also aims to phase out the use of paper by promoting e-prescriptions and providing doctors with higher reimbursement for sending electronic medical letters than for faxes. Germany also plans to bring in electronic health records (EHRs) for patients with statutory insurance by 2021.
However patient advocates have complained that the act does not allow patients to opt out of having their data shared for research purposes.
The act allows billing data from health insurance funds to be used by authorities, research institutes or university hospitals without prior consent for research purposes. This includes patient information such as age, gender, place of residence, health status and treatments. [YOU CAN UNDERSTAND TREATMENTS TO INCLUDE VACCINE STATUS]
Patient data will be transmitted in pseudonymised form and stored at a central data point. Spahn said the data will also be anonymised for research purposes to prevent the possibility of tracing and identification.
WHY IT MATTERS
Germany is the world’s second largest healthcare market after the United States, spending around €374bn annually. However up until recently it has one of the lowest digitisation levels among developed countries.
The act is an attempt for Germany to expand the digitalisation of its health services after years of stagnation.
THE LARGER TREND
Around 73 million people are under Germany’s statutory insurance system, representing 90% of the population.
In April, Spahn officially launched the Health Innovation Hub (HIH), to drive the digital transformation of Germany’s healthcare system. International digitalisation was set as the top priority for the new initiative.
ON THE RECORD
Speaking on the German breakfast TV show, ZDF Morgenmagazin last week, Spahn called the prescription of health apps under the Digital Supply Act a “world first”.
Responding to privacy concerns, Spahn said: "It is about making health research possible in order to get better insight into patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes.”
Germans in advance of the pandemic were being set up for the transfer of their private information and the centralized collection of it. WHO CAMPAIGNED ON THIS TECHNOCRATIC STATE?
Nobody. It’s a coup. This coincides with my research of the progress of this same Digitizing of data at the EU level.
YEARS OF PLANNING SECONDS OF EXECUTION. And the PR is ready to spin: “insights into chronic disease”. My A#$. Insights into permissive structures based on compliance.

German top court overturns ban on organised assisted suicide
By Reuters Staff

KARLSRUHE, Germany, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Germany’s law that bans organised assisted suicide breaches the constitution, the country’s top court ruled on Wednesday, a landmark decision in favour of groups that help people die when they choose, and doctors.
The plaintiffs wanted to overturn a law that has since 2015 outlawed assisted suicide undertaken by organisations or doctors who accepted a fee for their help.
This is a different set up then the Medical Assistance in Death in Canada. We in Canada have a legislation that has been increasing in scope, and is contained in a legislation that permits it. Germany now outlawed the ban on it. So all assistance in death is good to go in Germany?
I searched and also got this result. I’ve not been able to find this illusive case. I believe that not finding it on MSM, or Big tech means nothing whatsoever anymore since results are curated to narrative and to the point of censorship. Poverty and homelessness in Canada is an entry point for MAID. Poverty and expensive energy is headed to Germany.

Oh yes. and I also found Germany is funding and supporting the WHO.
Global health leader Germany reaffirms strong support to WHO for 2023

Geneva – Germany’s Federal Ministry of Health (BMG) today announced a €130 million contribution to the World Health Organization for 2023, reinforcing Germany’s role as a global health leader and one of WHO’s strongest supporters.
"We are happy to contribute €130 million to WHO this year. For us it is clear: WHO has played a major role in the successful handling of the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue to protect the world from future health emergencies," Dr Lauterbach said.
The contribution supports WHO in key priority areas such as antimicrobial resistance, health emergencies, health-systems strengthening and WHO reforms. The funds will be channeled to the WHO-BMG collaborative programme, WHO’s COVID-19 response and the WHO Hub for Pandemic and Epidemic Intelligence in Berlin.
Germany’s increased flexible funding will provide vital support to WHO’s base programme.
Germany was WHO’s largest overall contributor in the 2020-2021 biennium and second in 2022, and the country has been the top donor to ACT-Accelerator, a global collaboration to quickly develop, produce and fairly distribute COVID-19 vaccines, tests and treatments.
Dr Lauterbach announced the contribution in the presence of WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on the sidelines of the 152nd session of WHO’s Executive Board.
“Germany has demonstrated exceptional political leadership and vision in helping to shape the global health architecture, with a stronger, sustainably-financed WHO at its centre, and a pandemic accord based on equity and solidarity,” said Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO Director-General. “We continue to look to Germany for its support, partnership and leadership as we work together, in solidarity and with a long-term view for building a safer, healthier, and fairer world.”
Germany is the top donor to WHO's Contingency Fund for Emergencies, one of WHO's most powerful tools for responding immediately to acute health emergencies around the world.
Dr Tedros, Director-General, WHO and H.E. Dr Karl Lauterbach, Germany's Federal Minister of Health”
My European readers might have better luck with a court search in Germany listing as Defendant the Minister of Health. In any event, regardless of finding this case, I think its a new way to frame liability and should be considered by other litigators and medical doctors. One hint that the law suit may have been filed prior to this news item is the ‘warning from Germany’s Ministry of health”. Such public statements are often made on the advice of lawyers to limit ‘future liability’. So is the case happening?
On July 20, 2022
“After aggressively pushing the COVID vaccines on the people, Germany’s Ministry of Health admitted on Wednesday that one in five thousand Germans have suffered “serious side effects” after being injected with the genetic products.
The Germans tried to implement a mandatory COVID vaccination policy for the entire population earlier this year, and locked down the unvaccinated over the winter months, barring unvaccinated Germans from entering “restaurants, pubs, cinemas, gyms, cultural events, and non-essential shops.”
The German federal parliament rejected the compulsory vaccine proposal in April, but not before over 76 percent of the German people were fully vaccinated.
“One in 5000 people is affected by a serious side effect after a COVID19 #Impfung [Vaccine]. If you suspect #Nebenwirkungen [side effects], get medical attention and report your symptoms to @PEI_Germany [Paul Ehrlich Institute, Germany’s institute for vaccines and biometrics]” tweeted the Bundesministerium für Gesundheit [Federal Ministry of Health].
According to PEI Germany, the serious adverse events occur per dose—not patients—therefore, the real numbers appear to be worse than the ministry reported.
“Contrary to what the ministry says, the risk of 1:5000 for serious side effects does not relate to people, but to doses,” tweeted Stefan Homburg, Professor of Public Economics at Leibniz University. “With five doses per person, the calculated risk is already 1:1000.””
Some medical doctors may have shame, regret and want to do something about their role in previously injecting, or recommending injections. I wonder if Dr. Aseem Malhotra might consider this novel and creative law suit himself and/or through his relationships with other doctors.
The idea is that a group of doctors binds together to sue the government FOR HAVING JABBED THEIR PATIENTS ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF WHO, HEALTH UNITS, MINISTRY OF HEALTH it is a fabulous action.
It deals with the moral responsibility that may be weighing on doctors; It distinguishes the complicit with the legitimately trusting and horrified.
Moreover, it opens up potentially limitless actions. Doing it in a group has force. So I’d love to get my hands on that action and have it translated for other nations.
Don’t just call for the suspension of the vaccines: Draft and file an action for misrepresentation against those telling you to injure your patients.
Not finding the data IMO means neither that it does or doesn’t exist in Germany. Given the censorship and de-platforming we’ve experienced as a movement, it could just be another SHALL NOT SAY.
The censorship of big tech and MSM is currently being reviewed in the US in the Covid Twitter files before congress and live in the UK over the Lineker
Did the UK Government react to Gary Lineker comparing them to Germany in the 1930s by acting exactly like Germany did in the 1930s? I have no sympathy for anti-Semitism. But nor do I like to see it weaponized to shut down speech. The holocaust is a horrific low of human history. It must never be repeated: how we avoid it is obviously not to compare levels of atrocity or to minimize the holocaust, but to guard democracy with urgency when you see anything that is oppressive of citizens by governments.
If you wait until your government shuts down your right to dissent entirely HOW DO YOU NAME THE WRONGS YOU NEXT SEE. Shutting down free speech and dissent- political dissent has to be the most vile repression of a true democracy and is never the harbinger of good times. Will it lead to the things you cannot say in perfect repetition? I don’t know: I can’t walk forward in time to know what we are exactly headed for. We can’t roll over into a police state in order to be thought politically correct. Difficult topics are going to have difficult concepts.
When government takes over control over what citizens may say, it ISN’T FREEDOM OR DEMOCRACY. If you’ve been my reader for a while I’ve been saying to spread this website in the form of stickers. Here’s a group of Canadians doing a great job. STOPTHESHOTS.CA. The key to defeating tyranny? All hands on deck. An idea would be to have a letter on each shirt and go to an intersection! Do it with some friends Just remember your order!
Take these “stifling of Political dissent “ comments and point to one guy who put his neck on the chopping block- Ed Snowden, the NSA whistleblower. Our tyrannical and despotic federal government wants to see him dead. Other Veterans and I see Snowden as a hero. He should receive the Medal of Honor !
Going forward, we Citizens of the World need to be as organized as the old World Wife Workers Union. The 30 or 40 year old movie ( Reds) starring Warren Beatty was great. It needed multiple leadership ! Anyway , take action. Watch your back.
I like the way your Mind works, and yes - Hope springs eternal. I’m pretty sure George Rogers Clark said “Do Justice and fear not.” An appropriate sentiment for modern times.
