Thousands of cities across the planet are mapped in the Global Covenant of Mayors dot org site. You can search your city and explore the magnitude of this corruption fro carbon. I picked Edmonton because it’s a hot topic. Alberta is undergoing a few political challenges in Calgary and is one of our more ‘awake’ provinces.
There are 12687 Results in terms of cities mapped. This is not an innocent accident.

The site is interactive. I want you to note the level of concerns they have with the ‘environment’ due to Carbon; First let’s look at the SERIOUS CONCERN WRT FLOOD AND SEA LEVEL RISE. and when in terms of TIME SCALE will this happen in Edmonton WELL ANY TIME NOW.
The Estimated Driving Distance from Edmonton to Ocean Shores 802.67 miles or 1291.77 km
The Estimated Driving Time from Edmonton to Ocean Shores is 14 hrs 35 mins
according to Distansia

Edmonton looks pretty according to this website. In addition to Flood and sea level rise in Edmonton (??) there is a serious concern with Extreme precipitation (again in the any minute now current timeline). Also in the any minute now, they could experience Water and Drought. Which is strange because “Edmonton lies in Alberta's Parkland Natural Region, an area characterized by forested river valley and ravine slopes, deciduous woodlands, small lakes and wetlands, and remnant grassland, sand dune, and peatland habitats” (this according to Edmonton.ca).
The climate alarmists believe the citizens should also be SERIOUSLY AND CURRENTLY CONCERNED ABOUT Mass movement. I take that to mean open border laws where the organizations that call themselves governments are supposed to monitor and police their borders for illegal immigrants, drugs, trafficking in people and don’t. And when is that happening? Any minute now, you are going to see those immigrants stream into this “northernmost North American city with a population over one million”
Will Climate be the reason for the Current and immediate concern with “Biological hazards”. Or will it be Bill Gates?
Storms and extreme wind, Fire, and Extreme Cold Temperatures (WINTER IN EDMONTON), Extreme Hot Temperatures (Brief Summer in Edmonton?) feature as the other SERIOUS AND CURRENT CONCERNS WHICH warrant changing eveyone’s life in Edmonton to fit the Global Covenant of Mayors goals.
“ENERGIZING CITY CLIMATE ACTION: THE 2022 GLOBAL COVENANT OF MAYORS IMPACT REPORT
“The Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy (GCoM) is the world’s largest alliance for city climate leadership with over 12,500 signatories, across 144 countries. Over 1 billion people – one person in every eight – lives in a city or local government that has that is committed to GCoM.
“In 2022, the GCoM cities and local governments – like the rest of the world – have experienced multiple simultaneous crises relating to escalating inflation, unemployment, disruption to food and other resource supplies, the continuing impact of COVID—19 and more. This report particularly focuses on how the GCoM cities are responding to the interlinked crises of dramatic spikes in energy prices combined with ever more extreme weather events.
The current crises, global and local challenges have the potential to be a catalyst for transformational change. Drawing on the findings, this report calls for cities, national governments, civil society and the private sector to come together to accelerate bold and ambitious climate action by sharing best-practice, harnessing co-benefits, increasing collaboration and funding energy retrofit.
GCoM, the regional covenants and all our partners continue to energize city climate action.”
The one thing that is dominant about this Organization: it is Global in Reach. It is organized and democracy is captured at the regional level. That is why I encourage and report on Regional Successes. If you like my work please consider supporting with a subscription and definitely share. “IMPACT REPORT 2022
With climate mitigation targets that are projected to reduce global emissions by 4.1 GtCO2e in 2050, equivalent to 80 percent of USA’s yearly GtCO2 emissions, GCoM cities are demonstrating that they are already taking action. Additionally this year, cities have reported hundreds of thousands of practical actions to improve energy efficiency, invest in renewable energy generation, address energy access, and adapt to the impacts of climate change.
Specific data reported by the cities highlight the unprecedented growing awareness of the risks and vulnerabilities posed by climate change. The number of completed assessment steps for earning the adaptation badge increased by more than 67%.
GCOM SIGNATORY REPORTED CLIMATE HAZARDS
More than 800 cities from the GCoM alliance – representing 340 million people – report that they are facing high-risk climate impact. 42 percent of the cities reporting hazards indicate energy as a vulnerable sector. Global energy infrastructure underpins the majority of the critical infrastructure that supports urban life, including transport networks, ICT services, water and wastewater distribution, healthcare and emergency services. When energy supplies are compromised, the resilience of a city can be dangerously undermined. The report also details the five high-risk hazards affecting the energy sector by region.”

Where the Brave are Free
There's a world outside every darkened door
Where blues won't haunt you anymore
Where the brave are free and lovers soar
Come ride with me to the distant shore
We won't hesitate
To break down the garden gate
There's not much time left today, yeah
Life is a highway
I wanna ride it all night long
If you're goin' my way
Well, I wanna drive it all night long
Through all these cities and all these towns
It's in my blood, and it's all around
I love you now like I loved you then
This is the road, and these are the hands
From Mozambique to those Memphis nights
The Khyber Pass to Vancouver's lights
Knock me down and back up again
You're in my blood, I'm not a lonely man
There's no load I can't hold
A road so rough, this I know
I'll be there when the light comes in
Just tell 'em we're survivors
Life is a highway
Well, I wanna ride it all night long, mmm, yeah
If you're goin' my way (if you're goin' my way)
I wanna drive it all night long (all night long)
There was a distance between you and I (between you and I)
A misunderstanding once
But now we look it in the eye, ooh, yeah
Mmm, yeah (whoo!)
There ain't no load that I can't hold
A road so rough, this I know
I'll be there when the light comes in
Tell 'em we're survivors
