Declared Pest Animals and Declared Noxious Weeds Victoria
Theme: control the food, control the population
Many people are beginning to sound the alarm on the cost of food and the restrictions on production of food. Will your own food production ever be regulated? Victoria Australia has the basis for these restrictions should the list of controlled pests, or noxious weeds be expanded.
“Under the Catchment and Land Protections Act 1994, species of plants and animals can be declared as noxious weeds and pest animals in Victoria if they have or might have the potential to become a serious threat to:
primary production
Crown land
the environment
community health

Could you think of a wicked and demonic method to decrease autonomy over personal food production? You wouldn’t need to amend the New Agriculture Amendment Act 2022 which allows for entering on land and destruction of Noxious Weeds and Declared Pest Animals.
You would just increase the type or list of Declared Pest Animals and the Noxious Weed List. In that method you could list tomatoes or chickens.
Declared Pest animals In Victoria that are listed as prohibited and require a permit and can be destroyed in operation of Agriculture Amendment Act 2022 law since April 2023. There are enter and destroy abilities enabled by this act.
Consider that the destruction of Pest Animals can be expanded by simply expanding the list of declared Pest animals linked above.
Similarly what is a plant that can be destroyed by your government is limited to what is declared to be a ‘Noxious Weed’. By further expanding that list the plants that may be destroyed or required a permit is a possible threat that should be monitored.
I should suggest therefore that the Noxious Weed list and the Declared Pest animal be closely monitored for those in Victoria Australia.
There seems to be an enormous pressure on food sources together with destructions of crops like ‘rice’ for being anti-environmental. Perhaps the carbon they don’t like is us.

The list is ever much larger and is linked so if you want to review you can.
After prohibited pest animals there are further regulated pest animals and established pest animals. Within these there seem to be domesticated animals and farm animals. The issue with the new amendments to the act requiring permitting and destruction of pest animals and weeds is how the list gets amended and the extent to which this should be monitored is likely within homesteader communities, very high.
List of Noxious Weeds many are WILD EDIBLES THAT WOULD KEEP YOU FED.

This guide lists how to identify weeds; From a foraging perspective I recognize many who are edible and I know one of my readers in particular has this skill set and would invite her to comment on this identification with which are edible.
“Under the Catchment and Land Protection (CaLP) Act 1994 certain plants are declared as noxious weeds in Victoria and are classified as State Prohibited.”
Are regulations and legislations being passed controlling food and food production and even possibly foraging in a manner inconsistent with preventing hunger and famine, or for producing it.
Will there be an expansions of these lists. Time will tell. The tea leaves tell me there is an ability to abuse if there was a government who preferred to control their population rather than be accountable to this same population. Here are Victoria’s current Covid recommendations.
There has been startlingly little progression with recommendations for staying home, masking, vaccinating, testing and meeting outdoors.
A lot of people waking up. Should be an interesting next few years.
My thinking is the Globalists are killimg too many too fast and their outrageous 4IR ideaology is rubbish. Yes, AI and Robotics will make productivity enhancements but not replace human like the Globalists think. Thus, our die off is their doom as we keep the complicated systems that keep them alive going.
I have many friends working in Car Automation/electronics and they are all getting laid off as the funding dries because it has become common knowledge that autonomous vehicles is not possible.
They will not allow people to be independent, that was clear to be seen from the first moment this war came to light. People refused to imagine the scenario and think about it, they thought the "authorities" will not dare to crush the humanity, so here we are and will be more. I was thinking about those who are convincing people to build a parallel system, not a bad idea, but ...really, who will let them to do that.
