Won’t be long before there are class-action lawsuits by shareholders against the company and board of directors for destruction of shareholder value.
Musk is not wrong. But WHO made them do it. Who instituted DEI & and DEI scores AND DEI Codes. That is who needs to be added to all these broke value systems.

The CFA and Kevin O’Leary don’t see eye to eye on Investments. On the one side Musk and Kevin O’Leary and on the other side the CFA and ESG, DEI. I mean it hasn’t been framed like that yet. But it should get to the plaintiff side class action lawyers en large.

It is not a better place to work where you fear the rigorous knot of totalitarianism. I am sick and tired of these atheists or captured telling me what I am permitted to think. I'm tired of them hating on religion while trying to supplant religion with a bureaucratic imposed morality. The genuflection to masks, codes, and the necessity of renouncing logic, and deference to the experts. These who want to rape the free market in favor of designated winners and losers.
The implosion of shareholder value by Bud Light woman-face campaigns and Target satanic coupled pride campaigns were issues for their shareholders. So is there a case there? What is the Defense of Target- just following the DEI codes set up by the Industry.
In a theoretical Canadian case would the plaintiff add the CFA or would the subject company defendant third party them?

Now the market provides solutions always. If there is a cause of action against the company AND THE BOARD MEMBERS PERSONALLY. CONSIDER the effects of THAT. Plaintiff side lawyers you have your DEI marching orders.
NAME THE BOARD MEMBERS. NAME THE INSITUTE THAT TRIED TO PACKAGE THIS UP AS THE NEW MORALITY WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY WARING AGAINST The ACTUALLY RELIGIOUS DEVOUT.
Board members who witness the first suits against other board members personally will reconsider instituting what the codes require. OR THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO INSURE AGAINST SUITS. OR THEY WILL LEAVE THEIR POSITIONS AS BOARD MEMBERS.
ACTUAL Personal liability may flow for the disastrous decisions? THE RESPONSE WILL BE SCREW THAT.

If the CFA itself is going face possible liability for creating a code that is the opposite of sound investment recommendations for companies and board members, then you see the market response. The only b way it becomes sound is if they force convert to s mostly or to their religion!

One of the things that is lopsided about the whole attempt to provide a corporate morality (in amoral institutions) is this:

We the people are refusing to be dictated by ‘moral codes’ in conflict with our own values, and some just down right do not want authority dictating to them at all. The holier than thou- thou shalts DEI and ESG codes are their own religion. They likely offend free thinking atheists who should push back against mandatory conversion to DEI and ESG Religious Belief systems.
This DEI and ESG is forcing upon society to adhere through economic and social threat of ruin into believing and or de minimum adhering to a new RELIGION!!!!!!!
So it's not just that you can't practice yours. You must adhere to theirs!! This is all hands on deck.
Their system REQUIRES CONVERSION, behavioral conformity and violates not only your right to practice your religion but imposes mandatory illogical “morality”, and the praise adoption and celebration of their belief system. Moreover this belief system may in fact Contradict your morality and how you want to live your life. It this violates freedom of conscience.
We are tired of the dictated code and rule based morality that is amoral communism in its roots instituted by what are increasingly just shy of communist totalitarian regimes calling themselves socialist do-gooders.

DEI and ESG codes. Like they can ever be on par with the Word of God. Its kind of funny really. Its not opaque. And its not working at the cash register. Line up the board members and name them. Line them up for trying to replace ALL RELIGIONS WITH THIS. WE NEED TO SUE for the right to reclaim the freedom to practice our religion and to be FROM mandatory conversion to THEIR RELIGION.

All of these people or agencies or groups of any kind. They better understand at some point they too are going to be taken out back and shot. Going along to get along is not an option. We better stand up now or we will be sitting down or laying down forever.
I will first say that everyone should do their part to care for the earth. But, I have always found extreme environmentalism to be weird. I find net-zero to be ridiculous. I especially find the social and environmental indicators to be nonsensical. I will admit that I used to look at each piece individually. The pieces left me taken off guard and a bit confused. I now look at everything as a whole.
I am really tired of the totalitarian regime taking hold of people. I am tired of the cult of extreme environmentalism, transgenderism and transhumanism. I want to use my voice to speak out and do something.
