CHAPTER ONE, UNPROFESSIONAL BY LISA MIRON

"Just as it is gravely wrong to take from individuals what they can accomplish by their own initiative and industry and give it to the community, so also it is an injustice and at the same time a grave evil and disturbance of right order to assign to a greater and higher association what lesser and subordinate organizations can do. For every social activity ought of its very nature to furnish help to the members of the body social, and never destroy and absorb them."

When I set about to write what it was I was observing, I was sure I was not up to the task. What I saw was a tapestry of regulatory horror. Why would all regulatory agencies that govern 'Professionals' look all of a sudden so much the same. When had all this happened? What exactly was I observing? A togetherness that wove each regulatory body one into the other, across all OECD countries, with the same new mechanisms of control.

Rather than be occupied with turning out 'Professionals' and regulate that subset to the objective of some excellence, there was a new cruel control. And it was no subset of society- it was all of it. I saw world domination. How vast was the linking and how same was the means of control. It was the perfect place to hide the power, behind the tedium of endless reporting, and ticking of boxes. It was the last place anyone would look for the transnational coup.

I observed that the push was for every type of profession, occupation, or manner to earn a living. All were being captured and becoming regulated. The push was that you couldn't earn a pay check without a governing body to parse you and collect the fees. Was it really about the better standards of practice of that collection of individuals? No. that the surface assumption that hid the glowering truth. It was a collection of all individuals into a new governance that denuded the all individuals of their rights provided by their respective Nation State. It was the ultimate governance. Perpetual. Thorough. Frightening. And with the court's blessing. That word they call deference, was a ceremonial blessing of the routing, of the Nation State. The power I saw was going to rise once assembled.

Many times I have sat down to finish this book and thought myself so insufficient for the task of explaining what it is I see. I also saw the collection of power as exceptionally cleverly crafted.

The tapestry I want to tear at is their collection of the means of sustenance into one prize of governance. One ring to rule them all. Once the first salvo of deference was launched, I knew the game had begun. I waited for the Court of Appeal in the Jordan Peterson case to set up their leave to appeal ruling. Surely the Court of Appeal would see the power on the march. Surely they would rise to the occasion. They would analyze and see what I saw. The new means to denude the state of all its trappings.

We are watching the gutting of the Nation State in a slow enough motion, that we should be able to collect all the pieces and put them back again. My arms are so outstretched, you have no idea. They are reaching out fingers flaying and wanting to bleed the words on this page so you can understand their import. Surely the Ontario Court of Appeal would grant Jordan Peterson's leave to appeal. They did not. So the deference stands like the first battle in what will be a war. A war of what type of governance will survive. And make no mistake, our Nation States are on the table, ready for the carving. The Globalists have shown their hand. My role in these pages is to try to spell it out for you when we have not had to date a discussion on equal playing fields.

You see when Power is moving, and they have it collected, and they wield all the mechanisms of control.

However unworthy I am to be the one to write this, it was time to come in with my own salvo. These pages, and this book are my effort. I am entering the fray. I wonder if I am late. I see a curtain that is going to be slowly pulled back so we could observe its horrific potency, and the time is near. Jordan Peterson's case is but the layup. The laying of the blessing of 'dereference', exposes all those collected into these bodies, without access to their Charter, or Bill of Rights protections. The weaving I see is a separation of the citizen from the Nation State. The citizen is held suspended into the collection power that has no remedy but SUBMISSION.

My first observation in this regard was a video I made for Dr. Meryl Nass. Dr. Nass is a brave and incredible woman and also a doctor who's professional body didn't like her work during the covid-19 pandemic. Her story is reviewed in this book I said to myself immediately this is the the CCP: Don't agree with your government? Don't earn a living. The cold cell surrounded the individual so pursued. Soon I began to observe the trend across Professional Bodies.

What if all the bodies collect all the people, until the only way to earn a living was to comply with a new rigidity? So I fought these visions a long time before deciding to put pen to paper. It must be an absurd conclusion.

It isn't.

The Nation State is being demolished by Professional Bodies. What a conclusion. Thoroughly and without mercy. It was the power in motion, that I sensed and felt as much as observed in the little lines of letters organized in their by-laws, ordinances, procedures. I have written often that tyranny in letters is nothing. It is nothing because there is no moral authority organized in any law the purports to draft tyranny.

Ominous words.

But just the same the push was there, I see the beast that is created to collect us all, and govern every way we could approach our society. We are naked before these bodies, with the absurd new access to our words, our thoughts, and our political dissent. Should you for one second believe that the ideological wins the left are perceiving is interesting in the least or important; it is not. They are the inducements to the acceptance of the power. They are the smoke and mirrors that hide the magnificence of the power. They are for yielding rights in favour of assisting those in our communities we love, champion, and care for. But we trade not just our freedoms, but theirs. We trade not merely our rights, but theirs. We alter not just our society, but theirs. We decimate not merely our Nation State, but theirs. And the totalitarianism that follows is also their to suffer.

Questions that I tossed and typed are as follows:

What if the moral entity should be the individual rather than the administrative body?

Is the individual being subsumed into an avaricious Regulatory Regime that quantifies them in accordance with the perfection of their submission?

What if the Regulatory Regime is also swallowing the State itself and with it the ability to protect the Individual's rights, citizenship, and principles of auto-determination?

What if what is marching out is an architecture of power that is transnational and weaves together a control mechanism we remain blind to?

What if we are creating arbiters of 'truth' TM through these Regimes?

What if these bodies pervert democracy and instead inserts a technocratic communism?

The title "Unprofessional" addresses the new governance, which now denudes the professional of their status. Thus, these professionals become the Un-professional. The accusation that is leveled is, "Unprofessional!" That accusation is the means of ending the career of the professional and all the service to the public that follows. The title further nods to trans-national forces that professionals ignore to our peril.

But what of these organizations? Why should society care if Regulatory Bodies are grabbing new powers? Whether regulated or not, these bodies are fundamentally altering the society in which we live.

These bodies now have the means and effect of transforming our democracies into other entities entirely. Canvassing the changes will lead us to conclude that through these rather innocuous entities, society is being remade.   We have been witnessing the empowerment of a new administrative Body that now can displace and neuter the Nation State.

Democracies are changing and resembling communist entities; they accede to transnational governance. Speech is on the line and those who flout the new 'rules' face economic and social apartheid, which is not too dissimilar from the CCP's control of their citizenship. The balance of power between the three branches of the government is at stake. There is election interference. There is a global architecture of power blossoming through the innocuous Regulatory Body. If not reigned it it can dissolve democracy entirely.

It is coming to pass that failure to delve deeply into this Regime would be a failing of accountability to our democracy, our way of life, and what we transfer as a society to our children.  Please come along this journey with me.
