Still I went on Yahoo and found a reference to it. So I know my memory still works.

These are the Senators who voted for REPRESSIVE BILL C-11. hmm. I wonder if CSIS can look at their CCP influence status.

Maybe the Judiciary are paving the way for protection of words like ‘fuck’ under the Charter: in the sense that, vile speech or speech you find offensive? Well the Charter protects it too.
A Quebec Judge ruled that Giving the middle finger is a ‘God-given right’,
The Judgement says that the gesture may not be civil or polite but ‘it is not a crime’ and furthermore, it is protected under Canada’s constitution. This is a welcome ruling. Perhaps someone should DRIVE around Parliament with a HUGE TRUCK WITH A FUCK TRUDEAU SIGN. AND GO TO COURT AND FIGHT THE DICKTATOR (SIC).
“Giving your neighbour the middle finger may not be polite but is protected as part of a person’s right to freedom of expression under the Canadian constitution, a judge has ruled. In a 26-page decision, Dennis Galiatsatos dismissed a case against a man accused of harassing his neighbour in a Montreal suburb.”
“To be abundantly clear, it is not a crime to give someone the finger,” he said in a ruling dated 24 February. “Flipping the proverbial bird is a God-given, charter-enshrined right that belongs to every red-blooded Canadian,” he added, referring to Canada’s charter of rights and freedoms.
“It is deplorable that the complainants have weaponised the criminal justice system in an attempt to exert revenge on an innocent man for some perceived slights that are, at best, trivial peeves,” Galiatsatos wrote.
The Galiatsatos ruled that giving the finger, “may not be civil, it may not be polite, it may not be gentlemanly … Nevertheless, it does not trigger criminal liability.”
I wonder what this Honourable Judge would think of Trudeau’s hounds being set on those expressing their views with an ‘uncivil, impolite, ungentlemanly’ FLAG. Did Trudeau’s hounds just weaponize the justice system against protestors?
How long will it be legal to protest in Ontario?
It’s hard to understand why the conservative provincial government (which I support over the liberal and ndp who only admonished and called for more repressions) allowed this part of a draconian anti-Canadian, anti-rule of law bill to be passed. I wonder if this should be an order of business to challenge for repeal by the Criminal Defense Bar in Ontario. These laws ‘sitting in wait’ seem to weaponize the legal system against citizens. They haven’t been deployed.

Unfortunately, Trudeau appears to be afflicted with the OCPD subtype "bureaucratic compulsive (with narcissistic features)." OCPD is the disorder of tyrants, public health bureaucrats, serial killers and the judiciary. They tend not to have a sense of humour and to think they are always right. Hitler exhibited all the signs of it, just as Trudeau does.
The SNL issue has been this way for a while....not sure it's C11.....
