When you dig it is a ‘massive club’ that in many ways subverts democracy. How you ask. Let me sip my java and think. Well, belonging to the club provides the list of commitments you must make. Then you are provided by the club the list of things you MUST do in your city. The members and directors of the club decide the future of your city and the treatment and allowable behaviors of your citizens (SIC). Then you take it back to council and get it passed. You are provided the ‘talking points’ and ‘fluff PR’ necessary to get it passed. It passes. Are the members of the CLUB the voters? are they the citizens in the city? Was there an election in which they campaigned on the basis of the repressions we want to ensure, the economy we need to transition or decimate? Was the concept tested by any debate? Was there disclosure of the more sinister aspects of the plan?
The CLUB is organized so that the commitments work with CONSUMPTIVE INTERVENTIONS. Consuming is the new SIN of this new CULT. And that’s not fast fashion consuming. That’s chewing and swallowing consuming.
WILD QUESTION: if your government through CBDC gets to tell you how many calories to eat and the clothes you can put on your new svelte waist line? WELL is that benevolent. They plan your meals and give you outfits in prison systems too.

The consumptive interventions and the allowable calories per day are the nuttier goals. What are the consumptive interventions they list; Regulatory. (weaponizing laws to create prisons instead of rights) and FINANCIAL. HOW DO YOUR FINANCES LEAD YOU TO EAT ONLY 2500 CALORIES AND NO MEAT? retractable finances. How do your finances lead you to have 0 dairy and only one flight every 3 years? Taken direct from your bank account finances? How do your finances restrict your movement and consumption: 100% transparency on all your purchases and movement, with digital and facial id. OK you’re left of center, right of center, you believe in kindness or being good to your neighbors? Be good to them in 7 years by WORKING HARD TODAY, HEAD HELD HIGH WHILE THEY SLING NAMES AT YOU.

WHAT C40 REALLY IS a covert organization (in the open if you look) that intends to pen and control citizens. It is dystopian, and the religion that enables this subjugation is the green new deal, climate agenda.

Look at the tables for 'consumptive interventions'; Table 6 for instance tells you that these c40 cities believe they can dictate how many flights you should be able to have by 2030; Table 6.6.1? how many people can own vehicles; There's a table for how many kg of meat and dairy you can eat in these c40 cities. Aggressive target? 0kg/ per year. 2030 is 7 years away. Do you Toronto star reporters have kids? grand kids? should they taste burgers? or no. It's their mitt year this year? or will you get them underwear?
WHO are the people that think you under their thumb to the point of food/car/flight/clothing consumption.. is theirs to control? They are the mayors of C40 and the councils that vote in their proposals. They are the mayors of Globalcovenantofmayors.org/ourcities/
I’m sure the Toronto star writers want to walkable prison cities and get their coffee in in 2030 and with any luck it might be their underwear and mitt year. Is it a trust of the ‘concept’, or a ‘complicity with the prison plan’
The impossibility of these goals, and the oppressive nature of them resembles prisons of sorts.
In 2022 Buenos AIRES hosted an international C40 mayors convention. “C40 Mayors are driving public private partnerships.” This was the largest ever gathering of mayors. According to this session One Fifth of the planet and 600 million people are part of the C40 pen. They prioritize creating ‘fair societies’; and reducing emissions. What else does it mean?

It starts at around 26 minutes. There is 100% indoctrination into the climate agenda. No one ever mentions that we went from hot house tropics to Ice Age without climate apps, Bill Gates, AOC or a green new deal and that the climate has been changing for eons prior to humans.

Because what they want to take next doesn’t involve our EGO. It is virtually existential.

Portland is phasing out diesel fuel. Only the lowest biofuels will enter the market. A city has 3 days of food in it at a time. It comes in on diesel trucks. Now its fuel. Next its the content of those trucks.

Living in Portland, Ted Wheeler bent on killing his constituents, he looks so proud of himself there. I do wonder who is really pulling his strings, and on up the puppet chain. Jabbed? probably not, but I try and remember that even for those that got the memo or the fake vax card, they have to witness their families being destroyed as well. Such an evil cog.
